Online and mobile banking users, log in and go to Card Management to turn your card off right away. You can turn it on again anytime. 

Traveling with your card?

Please fill out the form below to contact us once your plans are made, so that we can be sure your debit card is available for use wherever you go. 

You can contact us in two ways.

1. If you are using our WGSB Mobile App or are signed into Online Banking via our website, you can record your domestic travel plans on the go using our new travel notification tool.  To find it, scroll down to the "Card management" window and click on the little airplane in the upper right corner.  This is for travel within the United States only.

2. For travel inside and/or outside of the United States, you can fill in the form below. All travel requests submitted via the form will be verified in person or by telephone.
