Debit & ATM Cards

Is your card lost, stolen, or compromised?
  • During regular business hours (Mon-Fri: 8:00am-5:00pm): 603-747-2735 or 800-564-2735
  • Outside of business hours, call toll-free 888-297-3416 to have your stolen or compromised card shut off. 
Online and mobile banking users, log in and go to Card Management to turn your card off right away. You can turn it on again anytime. 

Traveling with your card?

Log into online or mobile banking, scroll down to Card Management, and click on the airplane icon to let us know about your travel details, so that we can be sure your debit card is available for use wherever you go. Important: this option is for domestic travel only; for international travel, including to U.S. territories, please contact your local branch or our Operations & Call Center for assistance.
