Important information for Quickbooks, Quicken, and Mint users
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is upgrading to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, October 23rd, 2023, and this upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.
Important: The current GOLD online banking service will be in view-only Thursday, October 19, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM through Sunday, October 22, 2023. eCorp will be disabled on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:
1st Action Date: Thursday, October 19, 2023 (by 5:00 PM)
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed before this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be immediately available after the upgrade.
2nd Action Date: Monday, October 23, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You must complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
