Your email address and phone number are used for many important things, like when you forget your password to log into online or mobile banking or when we need to contact you about a suspicious transaction using your debit card.  

Update your information with us today!

There are two ways to update your information:

  1. Log into GOLD online banking and click on “Profile” in the upper right-hand corner. From your profile, click on the edit icon next to “Email” and “Phone” to confirm your current information and make changes if needed.

  2. Visit any WGSB office and we’ll help you personally.
