Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank completed an important system upgrade the weekend of November 4-6, 2016. As a result of this upgrade, URL's and other links to the bank's online banking systems have changed.

If you use Quicken or Quickbooks software to export transactions from GOLD or eCorp, you will need to de-activate then re-activate your export link before your first export following the November upgrade. Failure to do so will result in duplicate transactions. Before you do this, we highly recommend backing up all Quicken or Quickbooks data. See below for more information and details.

Important: exports to Quicken are only available through GOLD, and exports to Quickbooks are only available through eCorp. To export transactions into a non-supported application (ex. from GOLD into Quickbooks), download a CSV file, then import transactions into the applicable software.

Conversion Instructions for Intuit Web Connect Users

To continue using Intuit’s Quicken or Quickbooks after the upgrade, you will need to perform a few tasks within the Intuit software to insure a smooth transition between your Intuit software and WGSB’s online banking service. These tasks will need to be completed before your first statement download to Quicken or Quickbooks via Web Connect on or after Wednesday, November 9. A step-by-step guide to complete this process for your version follows:

Please note: failure to complete this process will result in duplicate transactions.
