I can’t remember my Password. How can I get a new one?
After you enter your Access ID, click on the Forgot Password link on the password page. There you will enter your Access ID, last four digits of your SSN and the email address we have on record for you. Within 15 minutes a temporary password will be emailed to the email address that we have on file for you. After you receive this email, you will have 30 minutes to log on to GOLD with your temporary password. Once logged on, you will be prompted to change your password.
I keep receiving an error message ‘Login Information is Missing or Invalid’. What do I do next?
The password entered is incorrect. You can simply try again OR if you don't remember your password, you can click the Forgot Password link. See the above question for further information.
I've selected to register my computer as a personal PC however I'm still asked to answer the Security Challenge questions when I log in. Why?
Generally, this occurs when your computer’s temporary internet files and cookies have been deleted. This means our website doesn’t recognize the device you are trying to log in on. It can also happen because automatic updates to your PC have made some change to your computer and our site thinks it is a new device. Because programs are constantly being updated, you could be asked these questions more often than ever before. As an added layer of protection, we encourage customers to not register their computer and answer these security questions each time they log in.
I need to update my email address. How can I make this change?
After you have logged on to GOLD, click on the Option button near the top of the page. From there, click on the Edit button under the E-Mail heading where you'll see the fields to change your email address.
I have downloaded the mobile app for GOLD but I am unable to log on. What do I need to do?
Enrollment in GOLD through a PC is required prior to using the mobile banking app. If you are a current GOLD user and are unable to log on, please contact the bank for further assistance.
