What are eStatements?

eStatements, or electronic statements, replace your paper statements. They are exact duplicates of your traditional paper statements and include all the same information, including check images. The difference is that eStatements are provided to you in a PDF format and available online within GOLD or eCorp. Rather than receiving your statement in the mail, you receive an email notifying you that your statement is ready for viewing online. Simply login to GOLD or eCorp to view, save, or print, at your convenience. 

What are the system requirements for WGSB eStatements?

To access eStatements, you need a personal computer, laptop, or tablet with internet and email access. Internet access should be by a secure browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 128-bit encryption, such as the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc.

Adobe Reader is a program used to view eStatements. To download a free copy of Adobe Reader, please go to the following website: www.adobe.com/reader/

Notification that your eStatement is available will be sent to you via email from Woodsville.Guaranty.Savings@ebankhost.net. It is your responsibility to add that email address to your Safe Senders list or to any other spam blocking software that you utilize. The bank is not required to apply for Safe Sender permissions with individual users.

How do I begin receiving WGSB eStatements?

Enrollment in GOLD (personal) or eCorp (business) online banking services is required for eStatement enrollment.

  • If you are not currently enrolled in GOLD, you may enroll online (you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in eStatements at the same time). For commercial access, call 800-564-2735 and let us help you get started.
  • If you are already enrolled in GOLD, simply log in, click on the Options tab, and go to the eStatement enrollment section to sign up. All accounts on which you are the primary owner (first-named) will be listed. Click on the check boxes at the right of each account to select the ones you wish to switch to eStatements. At the bottom of the page, read the Terms and Conditions and click ‘Accept’ to confirm your enrollment.

How long will it take to get my first eStatement?

Once an account is enrolled in eStatements, your next scheduled statement will be created electronically. Depending on the date of your enrollment, and its proximity to the last paper statement prepared for the enrolled account, you may receive one additional paper statement before your eStatements begin. 

What accounts are eligible for eStatements?

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank offers eStatements for all personal and business deposit accounts through GOLD (personal) and eCorp (business). At this time, eStatements are not available for loans.

How do I view my WGSB eStatement?

Each month, one or two days before your paper statement would have arrived, you will receive an email from Woodsville.Guaranty.Savings@ebankhost.net letting you know that your eStatement is ready for viewing or download. To view your statement, simply log in to GOLD or eCorp as usual, select an account from your account list, and click on the ‘Documents’ button. A list of all statements available for that account, with images and text only versions, will appear. Simply click on the one you wish to view.

Can I save the PDF attachment of my statement on my computer?

Yes. In fact, we recommend that you save your monthly statements on either your computer, thumb drive, or other device so you can easily retrieve them in the future. If you prefer, you can also print a hardcopy of the PDF document.

Can I download my eStatements information into my Personal Finance Management (PFM) software such as Quicken® or Microsoft Money ®?

Since your eStatements are provided to you in PDF format, you will not be able to download the information from your eStatement using your accounting software. You can, however, download transactions through the Transaction Menu within GOLD or eCorp. 

Do I have to be enrolled in WGSB online banking to receive eStatements?

Yes. You must enroll in GOLD (personal) or eCorp (business) online banking services to receive eStatements. If you're not already enrolled in GOLD, enroll now. For commercial access, call 800-564-2735 and let us help you get started.

What if I forget the password to log on to GOLD or eCorp internet banking?

If you have forgotten your online banking password, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option available on the login page. If this doesn’t work, call us at 800-564-2735 during regular business hours, so that your password can be reset.

What if I need to change my email address for my WGSB eStatements service?

GOLD users may update their email address at any time within GOLD. Simply login, click on ‘Options’, and look for the email address section to update your email address (you will receive an email confirmation stating that your email address has been changed). All future eStatement notifications will be sent to this new email address.

eCorp users should call 800-564-2735 to update their email address.

When will I receive my eStatements?

You will receive notice that your WGSB eStatements are available around the same time your paper statement was previously sent. Since this notice is being sent electronically, you should receive notice one or two days sooner than the paper statement would have arrived. 

Will my eStatements have the same information as the paper statement I previously received?

Yes. Your WGSB eStatements will be identical to the paper statements you are used to receiving, and will include your check images and any important notices from WGSB.

Is my personal information secure with WGSB eStatements?

Yes! Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank takes every possible means to ensure that our products and services meet the highest level of security commercially available. eStatements are only accessible within our secure internet banking services, GOLD and eCorp. To provide the highest level of security, our online forms require using a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. 

Can I have eStatements delivery for more than one account?

Yes. You can choose electronic delivery for all your eligible personal or business checking and savings accounts. Once enrolled, GOLD users can add accounts at any time by clicking on the Options tab, scrolling to eStatements, and choosing from additional eligible accounts. eCorp customers, please call 800-564-2735 to add or manage your eStatements. 

If I have more than one account for electronic delivery, do I get all eStatements at the same time?

You will receive a separate eStatement notification email for each account to the email address you have designated. You will receive the eStatements email around the same time of the month that your paper statement would have been placed in the mail to you. This email should arrive one or two days sooner than your paper statement would have arrived.

Can I combine my checking and my savings accounts into one monthly statement?

You can combine an unlimited number of savings products (including Statement Savings and CDs) with a checking account and receive one Combined Statement each month. For more information, visit any of our offices or call 800-564-2735.

Can I get all my eStatements in one email notification?

At this time, eStatement notifications must be emailed separately for each enrolled account. It is possible to combine some WGSB account statements, which would result in one eStatement notification. Please call us at 800-564-2735 or visit one of our offices for more information on combining your accounts. 

What if I can't access my eStatements?

If you have problems accessing your WGSB eStatements, please contact us at 800-564-2735 or visit one of our offices.

What if I stop receiving my eStatements notification?

If you do not receive your eStatement notification when it is normally sent, please verify:

  • Your email mailbox is not full;
  • Your email address has not changed; and
  • The email address WGSB uses to send your eStatement notification (Woodsville.Guaranty.Savings@ebankhost.net) is not blocked by your email as SPAM or junk mail.

Will I continue to receive paper statements once my WGSB eStatements service is set up?

No. Once you have completed the enrollment process for WGSB eStatements, paper statements are no longer produced for your account(s). However, based on when you sign up for eStatements, you may receive one final paper statement before your eStatements begin.

What if I change my mind and want to go back to paper statements?

You can cancel your WGSB eStatement delivery at any time. To do so, notify us in writing to Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, Attention: Operations, P.O. Box 266, Woodsville, NH 03785, visit any one of our offices to complete the necessary form, or call us at 800-564-2735.
