Amanda Arcone Joins WGSB's Commercial Banking Team
[Woodsville, NH: November 9, 2017] James Graham, President & CEO of Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank (WGSB) announced the addition of Amanda Arcone as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer. Amanda will manage the commercial loan portfolio now handled by Brenda Highland, who will retire at the end of the year, and will work to develop new opportunities for the bank.
Amanda joins WGSB with more than 27 years of professional experience in sales, business development, management, and client services. Most recently, she worked for Citizens Bank, where she served as Small Business Relationship Manager and Treasury Sales Solutions Officer, working throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
“By helping commercial customers manage their capital and cash flow, Amanda has played an important role in the creation, growth, and success of so many businesses,” said Graham. “She’ll be a great fit for WGSB and a real asset to the bank’s customers, who are used to a high level of personal service.”
Amanda and her husband Anthony recently moved to Franconia from the Upper Valley after the last of their four children left for college. Her hobbies include updating and decorating their 1830’s farmhouse, which she enjoys very much. Previously a volunteer at the Upper Valley Score Chapter, the Upper Valley Haven food pantry, and a SCORE volunteer and mentor, Amanda is looking forward to getting involved with North Country organizations. She is also looking forward to the winter and all the outdoor activities that come with it.
