First Time Homebuyers' Loan Program

A special program designed to help make that first big step into homeownership a little easier. Participants are encouraged to enroll in a special one-session workshop within the area to learn more about the process of buying, financing, and owning a home, the importance of good credit, developing and sticking to a savings and budget plan, and more. Participants receive a certificate for a reduction in closing costs and origination fees are waived when they finance their home purchase with the First Time Homebuyers' Loan.
