Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank makes available to all full-time employees a highly competitive health care policy. The Bank currently pays the premium for an individual plan. The employee has the option of adding any member of their family to the plan at their own expense.

Dental Benefits
The Bank makes available to all full-time employees coverage from a first-class dental plan. The Bank will pay for single, two-person, and family plans on behalf of the employee.

Vision Benefits
The Bank makes available to all full-time employees a competitive vision care policy. The Bank currently pays the premium for an individual plan. The employee has the option of adding any member of their family to the plan at their own expense.

Life and Accident Insurance
Full-time employees of the Bank are automatically enrolled in basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance.

Cafeteria Plan
This health care and dependent care reimbursement account is available to all bank employees to help pay for health and dependent care expenses on a tax-free basis.

Retirement Plan
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank offers both a voluntary 401(k) plan and a competitive company match. In addition, the Bank may offer to all 401(k) eligible employees a profit sharing percentage to be determined on a year-by-year basis.

Membership & Dues Reimbursement
The Bank will provide reimbursement to each employee, up to $250.00 per year, for membership fees and dues and related expenses incurred as a result of participation in qualifying civic and community organizations.
